Paperless membership-management platform for the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (client project at AvePoint).
Replaced a paper-based membership process with a fully digital platform inside the bank's Microsoft 365 environment. I owned the full cycle: requirements with business stakeholders, solution design, development, testing, deployment and maintenance. Screenshots and code are not public.
