Project Overview
Guests scan a QR code at the table and see the full menu with photos and prices in up to five languages, with no app to install. Owners change prices or add dishes from a dashboard and guests see the update immediately. A discovery directory lets people find places by city, district and category, and owners get analytics on scans, menu views and best-sellers.

- Dynamic QR menus in Vietnamese, English, Korean, Japanese and Chinese, with one-click AI translation
- Menu import from CSV/Excel, or from a photo of a GrabFood/ShopeeFood menu read by AI
- Shop pages with gallery, map, opening hours, Wi-Fi and posts
- Analytics: QR scans, menu views, per-dish clicks, peak hours
- Subscriptions via PayOS (VietQR) and Stripe (international cards)
Technical Challenges
- HttpOnly-cookie JWT auth verified at the Edge in middleware
- Location-based discovery (shops near you) with PostGIS, plus Redis caching and rate limiting
- Menu edits go live instantly behind QR codes that are already printed on tables
