Project Overview
KIRA sells Polaroid-style prints, photobooth strips, photo cards and gift boxes. Customers build an order in eight steps (product, template, photos, preview, payment), upload photos straight to storage, and pay by QR transfer or cash on delivery. Behind the storefront, a back office tracks every order through production and generates print-ready PDFs, so printing needs no manual layout work.

Technical Challenges
- A single order status machine shared by checkout, payment webhooks and the production queue
- Print geometry: laying out customer photos on press sheets with exact bleed and crop marks
- A full demo mode with in-memory data and a payment simulator for development without credentials
